Job Summary: The Service Area Manager (SAM) oversees a market, fostering client relationships to support children and youth services. The SAM manages a team of Qualified Mental Health Professionals, ensuring quality care and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include operational support, team development, financial performance monitoring, and enhancing client experience. The SAM collaborates with the Operations Leadership Team and handles documentation for billing.
Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business, Finance, or Healthcare. Five years of healthcare management experience, preferably in Behavioral Health.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, financial competence, and basic computer skills required. Frequent travel is necessary.
