We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental challenges.

- Independently practice ABA therapy and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide training and collaborate with parents for optimal outcomes.
- Deliver therapy in various settings, ensuring a compassionate approach.
- BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with children of varying abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Compensation:* $95,000 annually, with benefits including insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities.
