We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental challenges.

In This Role, You Will

  • Independently practice ABA therapy and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide training and collaborate with parents for optimal outcomes.
  • Deliver therapy in various settings, ensuring a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with children of varying abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Compensation:* $95,000 annually, with benefits including insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities.
