Lead - Surgical Technologist - $27-31 per hour

Seeking a Surgical Technologist Lead in Avondale, Arizona. This full-time position involves training and mentoring staff, coordinating schedules, and providing intra-operative support as the primary scrub person during surgeries. Responsibilities include maintaining a sterile field, preparing operating rooms, and participating in quality improvement activities. Requirements

• Completion of formal education/training for Surgical Tech certification.
• Two years of hospital surgical experience or equivalent training.
• Certification as a Surgical Tech or completion within 6 months; CPR certification required.
