Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing process from raw material input to final product delivery.
  • Monitor production line operations and conduct regular quality control checks.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to decrease the potential for worker accidents and injuries.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and warehouse to optimize operations and resolve issues.
  • Implement cost-effective solutions and improvement strategies for production.
  • Train new staff members and provide guidance and feedback to production workers.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor equipment and request maintenance as needed.
  • Assess manpower needs, schedule shifts, and manage hiring as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
  • High school diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field is a plus.
