Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in our awesome kitchen. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines. Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and portion sizes
• Ensure that all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Prepping all food items per our standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Proficient knife skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
