The Patient Safety Specialist II role is responsible for monitoring and responding to patient safety events and risk management concerns and promoting a culture of safety across the organization.

- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent training with at least five years of relevant healthcare experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years of relevant healthcare experience required.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: See “Education” Three years of relevant healthcare experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Patient Safety Specialist I role.
