Essential Functions
- Creates and maintains employee health records including TB screenings, immunizations, vaccination histories, in a confidential manner (for new Employee Health records, chart audits for transfers and terminations.).
- Compiles statistical information regarding employee drug testing/blood alcohol testing for both hospital and other clients.
- Maintains overall collections/management of all drug testing/breath alcohol testing.
- Maintains files of all drug testing results.
- Maintains employee blood borne pathogen exposures and follow-up.
- Administers N-95 respirator protection program by performing fit test, coordinating new surveillance and training as needed.
- Assists with vaccination clinics
- Assist with orientation and training of personnel and students.
- Participates and attends meetings as required and/ or assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Prepares periodic reports as requested.

Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Phlebotomy and drug testing experience preferred.
- Medical office experience preferred.
