ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Video Systems Programmer to join our team in Springfield, VA .
In this role, you will be responsible for programming, testing and support of complex Audio/Video (A/V) systems in a variety of customer environments. The successful candidate will have a history of designing functional, intuitive interfaces which enable the customer to control complex systems.

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Video Systems Programmer to join our team in Springfield, VA .
In this role, you will be responsible for programming, testing and support of complex Audio/Video (A/V) systems in a variety of customer environments. The successful candidate will have a history of designing functional, intuitive interfaces which enable the customer to control complex systems.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Read and interpret A/V systems drawings and specifications.
- Develop code for integrating systems including, but not limited to, Extron, HP/Poly and Cisco.
- Collaborate with video engineering team to ensure programmed solutions meet customer expectations.
- Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and archiving all project-related code, graphic touch panel layouts and programs.
- Complete training programs from manufacturers, industry associations, and company as required.
- Participate in complex system design reviews where input is encouraged.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 6 or more years.
- Familiarity with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) design and configuration.
- Experience with control systems, videoconferencing, switching hardware, audio DSP setup and calibration.
- Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and written skills due to variety of groups to be working with, such as co-workers, management, and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.
- Willingness to travel locally, as needed.
- AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or Extron Certifications.
- Experience with Python programming & ServiceNow Project Management.
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing tasks and requirements and the ability to quickly learn new skills while on the job.
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time. Constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
- Individual shift may vary, but you will be a member of a team that provides coverage from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
