This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time appointment with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
We currently have one full time position available in the Community Health Immunisation Enhanced Vaccination Access Team, however successful applicants may be offered opportunities in similar roles.
Position Profile: This position will involve coordination of the Enhanced Vaccination Access team to visit families at a variety of sites. The successful applicant will be highly organised, experienced in the assessment of immunisation records against the Western Australian National Immunisation Program (NIP), and for calculating catch up plans to adhere to catch-up principles. Prior experience working with clients with decreased capacity to access CACH immunisation services, or other immunisation services to improve the access for families is highly desirable. There will be collaboration with all CACH nursing streams and external stakeholders to ensure we provide a far-reaching service to improve access and immunisation rates.
About Child & Adolescent Community Health (CACH): Community Health provides health and developmental assessments, early intervention and health promotion services for children and young people.
These services are provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and supporting families.
