Job Title: Controller – Manufacturing

Location: North Aurora , IL - On Site

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 DOE + Bonus

We are currently working on a Controller search for a growing company in the manufacturing space. This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and financial strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, industry regulations, and company policies
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Oversee cost control initiatives and contractor billing processes
• Manage financial systems and reporting tools (Sage 300, Paylocity, Timberline)
• Implement internal controls and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA a plus)
• 8+ years of experience in a financial leadership role within manufacturing or related
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial modeling, and internal controls
• Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring finance teams
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally to a sister location in Indianapolis
