We're searching for a dynamic Senior Associate to spearhead our AI-powered operational transformation. As the architect of our operational excellence, you'll leverage cutting-edge AI technology to build and scale our campus network, setting new benchmarks in educational operations.
This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, where you'll harness AI's potential to streamline campus operations, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless expansion across multiple locations. Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Pioneer the integration of AI systems to revolutionize daily campus operations and drive continuous process enhancement
- Architect and optimize scalable franchise frameworks using state-of-the-art AI technologies
- Lead end-to-end campus development projects, from initial planning through successful occupancy certification
- Managing academic staff or providing direct instructional supervision
- Handling day-to-day student or parent communications
- Developing or modifying educational content and curricula
- Design and execute a comprehensive AI-powered operational ecosystem that leverages predictive analytics and real-time monitoring capabilities to maximize operational efficiency, ensure seamless scalability, and maintain exceptional consistency across our expanding network of educational facilities
- North American residency required
- Minimum 5-year track record in operational leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in implementing and scaling AI and automation solutions
- Flexibility to travel within the US (10-40%) to support new campus launches
