Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to build candidate pipelines and proactively reach out to potential candidates, generating interest in the firm.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) to monitor and maintain talent pools, building CRM pipelines to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to draft job postings based on hiring managers' requirements and preferences, and post job opportunities on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in conducting initial resume reviews to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications for the role.
- Coordinate interview logistics , scheduling both virtual and in-person interviews between candidates and relevant team members, and organizing post-interview debriefs.
- Champion the experienced hire recruitment process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires from the Talent Acquisition team to the onboarding team to guarantee a seamless start.
- Build strong internal relationships with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Recruitment Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to fully understand the firm’s hiring needs.
- Generate and a udit regular reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, as well as provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team by sharing insights, best practices, and providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation in TA strategy by consistently thinking outside the box to identify new and more effective recruitment approaches.
- Collaborate on cross-functional People & Culture/TA team projects as needed to support broader organizational goals .
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in talent acquisition field preferred
- Some talent sourcing experience preferred
- Professional service firm recruitment experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Technology savvy
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or iCIMS is preferred ; prior experience working with an ATS or CRM is a plus
- Proactively seek out and stay updated on new and emerging technologies.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and projects with outstanding attention to detail
- A daptability required to flex to meet the changing needs of teams and clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships across all levels of the organizatio n
- A positive, proactive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for talent acquisition
- Strong written and verbal communication are essential for this role
