Overview:
Singnala is searching for a dynamic and highly organized Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that leave a lasting impression on our clients and attendees. Whether it's a corporate conference, a wedding, or a community festival, your keen attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in managing all aspects of event production.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept to completion
- Communicate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements
- Develop event budgets and manage finances to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Research and secure venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary suppliers
- Create detailed event timelines and ensure all elements are executed on schedule
- Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
- Familiarity with event management software and tools
- Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
