Overview:
Singnala is searching for a dynamic and highly organized Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that leave a lasting impression on our clients and attendees. Whether it's a corporate conference, a wedding, or a community festival, your keen attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in managing all aspects of event production.

Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:



  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept to completion

  • Communicate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements

  • Develop event budgets and manage finances to ensure cost-effectiveness

  • Research and secure venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary suppliers

  • Create detailed event timelines and ensure all elements are executed on schedule



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations

  • Familiarity with event management software and tools

  • Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
