The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the planning and execution of the recruitment processes for their client group. The TA Partner is responsible for sourcing, screening, assessing, selecting, and onboarding.

ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for recruitment of all positions at all levels for assigned business unit. This includes manufacturing, warehousing, clinical, scientific, engineering, sales, and business functions.
  • Responsible for high quality talent acquisition utilizing the most efficient and effective sourcing and selection techniques.
  • Full cycle recruiter including; recruitment advertising, branding, social media, professional networking, college relations, etc.
  • Responsible for new hire selection process (standardized interviewing, assessments, background checks, drug testing, etc.)
  • Responsible for community partnerships (College/University, Hospital Organizations, Scientific Community) to strengthen workforce technical competency and build recruitment pipelines.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Field organizations to drive new hire training and onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain ATS system with the most current and accurate requisition, candidate, and hiring statuses.
  • Assist in optimization of recruiting process and ATS workflows.
  • Assist with development, administration, and execution of the affirmative action program.
  • Ability to execute on short timelines and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multitask and drive results with an understanding of project management techniques.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to gain consensus and business support to more effectively execute business deliverables.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to build trust and instill confidence.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of medical device industry.

  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition and talent pipeline management.
  • Experience recruiting sales, marketing, respiratory therapists, and biomedical technicians preferred.
  • Experience in medical device, manufacturing, or related industry preferred.
  • Experience with recruitment branding, social media, and marketing preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field from regionally accredited nonprofit college or university required.
  • Will consider education in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or industry related discipline.
