• Vice President of Patient Care Operations serves as the professional and administrative leader who oversees the day to day operations, organizes, directs and evaluates the effectiveness and care delivery of patient care operations at Trustbridge.
• Functions as a liaison between administration, physicians, and supervisors utilizing a teamwork approach.
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state and Joint Commission regulatory requirements.

1. Education/Regulatory Requirements:
   • Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
   • MS degree preferred.
   • Current basic Life Support Certification.
2. Skills:
   • 5 years of management experience and clinical supervision.
   • Ability to use independent judgement; works effectively with little or no direction.
   • Working knowledge of sound business practices, finance, skilled in problem solving.
   • EMR experience a plus.
   • Works well under stress with deadlines.
   • Ability to handle a variety of complex projects simultaneously.
3. Professional Requirements:
   • • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
4. Language Skills:
   • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
