Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Transformation Training & Change Management Lead to spearhead our training initiatives and change management efforts at our state of the art facility in North Charleston. This role is pivotal in developing and executing a robust, consistent training program that ensures all employees are competent, confident, and engaged with our new digital processes and technologies.
As the lead for training and change management, you will be responsible for designing a structured training framework, developing qualification cards that define competencies for various processes and equipment, and creating comprehensive training materials. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and IT, to drive adoption and ensure that training efforts are aligned with our strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities
Training Program Development:
- Design and implement a standardized training and qualification process to support digital transformation (MES, SAP, ASRS) initiatives at NCHS with a vision on global deployment.
- Develop in partnership with Operations Engineering, HR & IT for each process/equipment a competency level chart and the required skills/behaviors for each process.
- Create clear guidelines for expected training outcomes and linking relevant Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Guidance Instructions (GI).
- Develop engaging, interactive training presentations and materials tailored to diverse learner profiles, these can include On-The-Job for certain processes.
- Establish a central repository for all training content, ensuring easy access, version control, and continuous updates.
- Pilot training sessions and use feedback to refine training materials and methodologies.
- Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new digital systems and processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, process owners, and leadership to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with overall transformation goals.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between digital transformation teams in Switzerland and Taiwan and various departments to ensure cohesive execution of training programs.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on training progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive program success and alignment with business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Design, or a related field requiered. (A Master’s degree is a plus. )
- 5+ years of experience in training, change management, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a technical or digital context.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging training content.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
