- Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and long-term sustainability.
- Review and analyze financial statements to provide insights for executive decision-making.
- Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and external financial partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP), tax regulations, and financial policies.
- Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.
- Assess and execute acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures, conducting financial due diligence.
- Implement financial systems and security protocols to enhance efficiency and protect confidential data.
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams, ensuring professional development and operational excellence.
- Support hiring and structuring of financial teams for business units and investments as needed.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial goals with broader business strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, ideally in high-growth or multi-entity environments.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and M&A.
- Experience managing complex financial structures and working with ERP and CRM systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
