As our Help Desk Support Intern, you will provide technology support to our residents and employees in 22+ communities. Every day you will answer customer calls and emails, troubleshoot issues, document support provided, and collaborate with your help desk team members in support of 15,000 tickets per month. To thrive in this job you are able to build rapport quickly over the phone and feel comfortable explaining how to use technology to employees and residents. This is a fully onsite job located in the Baltimore area.

- Using strong communication and customer service skills
- Analyzing incoming issues and understanding impact
- Leveraging knowledge base articles to resolve customer incidents
- Learning new systems and applications quickly to provided needed customer support
- Working in a team environment
