Description

As a Human Resource Generalist, you will own onboarding, and assist with visa/immigration support and other human resources matters.

What are the core responsibilities for the role?


  • Manage and facilitate employee leave management which includes tracking FMLA, Personal Leaves, and Legal requirements.

  • Own and manage the entire offboarding life cycle.

  • Supporting Benefits Management as the initial point of contact for enrollment and employee benefit questions.

  • Assist employees and candidates with visa and immigration processes, including preparing and submitting required documentation

  • Coordinate with legal counsel and government agencies to ensure compliance with visa and immigration regulations

  • Support data collection and management within HR systems for accuracy and process improvement.

  • Performs other duties as assigned





Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or a related field required

  • 1-4 years of HR-related experience

  • Experience with work visa's preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
