Based in Natick, MA, and reporting to the Corporate Director of Marketing, this role is crucial to our ongoing growth. This position is part-time - 20 hours per week opportunity. Hybrid or remote working location may be considered - but ideal candidate must live in either Massachusetts or Connecticut and be willing to travel to Natick, MA.
This position is ideal for someone looking to gain more experience in marketing and communications within the hospitality industry, someone who may already have another part-time job and is rounding out their weekly commitments, or someone with their own business but is looking for another income source. Depending on the applicants, we may consider a college undergraduate or graduate student for an internship opportunity.
What you’ll do:
Promote special events at our hotel and restaurant entities - this includes but is not limited to submitting/uploading content for local, organic calendar listings.
Manage Email Marketing process for our entities using a variety of online email marketing platforms. This includes copy writing, curating and building the email content, managing the cadence. Review email results and database management.
Social Media Content Management and Publication. Curate content based on collaborative social media content strategy for each entity. Utilize multiple digital platforms to schedule social posts and engage with social community. Review and implement best practices in an ever-changing online environment.
Manage Photography Library - management of online owned and UGC Library of Assets - including tagging and cataloging.
Website Content Management - Edit and update online content for owned website assets.
Support basic Graphic Design needs for entities using CANVA (flyers, rack cards, digital display content).
Sales and Marketing Reporting assistance - reviewing and exporting reports in multiple platforms including but not limited to digital marketing metrics, social media engagement, sales reporting, etc.
Other Marketing Initiatives as they arise.
Cross-Functional Collaborator:
Identify opportunities for growth and brainstorm with teams to develop new guest experiences to drive incremental revenue.
Communicate effectively with external vendors and internal partners.
Help to maintain marketing expenses.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media content.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Experience In The Hospitality Industry Is Preferred.
Creativity and eagerness to drive online engagement and community.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of managing multiple social media platforms and campaigns.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as or similar to SOCI, SPRINKR, EMPLIFI and analytics platforms.
Relevant Skills should include email marketing, social media management software, basic graphic design skills, word press, and familiarity with Canva and Photo Shop.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
A passion for learning and a desire to grow within the company.
A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
