We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cardiac PCU Travel RN to join our team at Biron Robertson for roles across North Carolina. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience on cardiac floor required
• Travel experience required unless RN has more than 2 years of cardiac PCU experience
• Prior experience with Cardiac Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Sheath Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleuravac, External CPAP/BIPAP, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management
• Current BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
• Must past EKG test prior to start

Job Details

• Ratios: 1:4 for surgical step down, 1:5-6 for lower acuity
• 12-hour nights,
• Float Requirement: Will follow unit rotation - not first to float
• Weekend Requirement: 4 per 4 weeks
• Unit systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
• 24-hour orientation
