Dealertainer - Table Games

Job Purpose:

Creates a unique, enjoyable and entertaining experience for the guests by dealing table games Buster Blackjack while wearing summer swimsuit styled uniform and themed costumes in accordance with established pit themes

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)

• Deals Buster Blackjack by welcoming and interacting with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, instructing guests on the specific rules of the game, answering guests’ questions, and providing guests with additional assistance and information as needed
• Provides guests with an enjoyable and entertaining experience by wearing themed costumes in accordance with established pit themes, dealing games with adequate instruction and guidance, maintaining a patient and cheerful demeanor, encouraging guests to continue play in a more formal setting, and thanking guests for playing.
• Controls Table Games revenue by receiving house collection as needed, distributing cards, accepting wagers, announcing and performing cash and chip transactions, and pushing, paying or collecting wagers according to established procedures.
• Maintains game integrity by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of game procedures, asset protection, and house rules, applying procedures accordingly, informing players of rules as needed, and summoning Floor Supervisors for all game-related decisions.

Certificate of completion from an accredited and/or recognized Dealing School and/or experience dealing blackjack and/or various other table games, this is not required but preferred.
