Staffing Coordinator – In-Home Care

Job Summary

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling, handle referrals, and support daily operations for in-home care services. This role includes payroll processing, recruiting, and ensuring quality service for both caregivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate caregivers for client needs
  • Handle referrals and inquiries professionally
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training caregivers
  • Process payroll, verify timesheets, and track expenses
  • Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation
  • Provide excellent communication with caregivers and clients
  • Support sales, marketing, and public relations efforts
  • Participate in on-call scheduling as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of business experience
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities
