What You’ll Be Doing
You will maintain building conditions and the physical environment that promotes a comfortable, safe, and homelike environment for residents and community members. In addition, you will:
You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. 1-3 previous years experience in a maintenance role, residential or healthcare environment preferred.
Enjoys working hard and is full of energy for situations viewed as challenging, making good decisions based on a mixture of analysis, experience, and judgement.
Possess a current state driver’s license, insurance and acceptable driving record.

Pay Range: $19.50-26.50/hr*

- Build your team: interview, select, and train the right people.
- Lead your team: drive the performance management process while serving as a coach and mentor.
- Inspire your team: motivate your team to deliver the best care to our residents.
You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. 1-3 previous years experience in a maintenance role, residential or healthcare environment preferred.

Pay Range: $19.50-26.50/hr*
- Starting pay may be higher depending on level of experience
