Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing concrete team to ensure efficiency, accountability, and safety.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of concrete projects, ensuring high-quality execution, timely completion, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors to align project strategies with company objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and scalability.
• Analyze, estimate, and create competitive proposals based on client plans.
• Drive business development efforts to grow revenue and expand our concrete division.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Promote a safety-first culture and implement protocols to mitigate risks.
• Monitor budgets, forecasting, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Optimize resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Be a hands-on leader willing to step in where needed, from troubleshooting field issues to providing direct guidance on installations.
