Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data analysis, business intelligence, and customer insights.
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Ability to tell a story with data.
- Proficiency in Python or R is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Eager to learn and develop real-world business analytics skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Help track and measure marketing and customer data through impactful insights.
- Work with senior analysts to organize and interpret customer data from various platforms (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
- Participate in team meetings and strategy discussions, gaining exposure to real-world business intelligence projects.
- Learn about data governance best practices and assist in maintaining accurate data records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related projects and ad hoc analysis.
