Maintenance Director

Facility: Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center

Position: Maintenance Director

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Salary: Up to $65,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and operations
• Ensure all repairs, inspections, and equipment maintenance meet safety and legal standards
• Manage maintenance personnel schedules and daily tasks
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, warranties, and inspections
• Perform facility inspections to assess performance, safety, and upkeep
• Coordinate and supervise renovations, installations, and routine maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls promptly
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (experience in a nursing home, hospital, or healthcare setting is a plus)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of nursing home building codes, regulations, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Must be available for on-call emergencies
