Join Our Team as an Asset Management Analyst

Location: American House Corporate Office in Southfield, MI

At American House, we’re passionate about enhancing the lives of our senior residents—and it starts with a strong foundation. We’re looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our dedicated team in supporting the growth, health, and value of our real estate portfolio.

As an Asset Management Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Asset Management team to analyze operations and financials, support strategic planning efforts, and help guide decisions that impact communities across our growing enterprise.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with annual business plans, operating budgets, and partnership presentations
• Conduct rental pricing strategies, benchmarking, and property valuations
• Support capital planning, lender inspections, and asset-level financial modeling
• Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and return tracking
• Perform site inspections and assist with special projects
• Collaborate on investment memos and underwriting for new acquisitions and developments
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate
• 2+ years of related experience
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Experience in financial modeling and data analysis
• Senior housing experience is a plus, but not required
