Your ‘day To Day’

Lead OPEN+ deployment to enhance capabilities, drive innovation, and improve reliability and agility. Foster engagement through a standardized, collaborative approach. Oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain and digital OPEN+ journey. Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure alignment and effective stakeholder communication.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Safety & Sustainability: Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies on Environment, Health, and Safety. Enforce safety rules, training, and knowledge assessments for subordinates while ensuring adherence to all sustainability procedures. Work closely with the Sustainability department to improve safety standards and job procedures. Lead by example in fostering a strong safety culture, holding both self and team accountable. Drive the execution of Open+ tools, team engagement, and participation in sustainability programs.
  • Quality: Align operating standards with global solutions, ensuring sustainable knowledge sharing on continuous improvement tools, standard work processes, daily management systems, and pillar methodologies.
  • Delivery: Lead the implementation and deployment of OPEN+ according to the country’s strategy, ensuring an integrated operating system. Oversee governance and sustainability of OPEN+ within the affiliate while ensuring alignment with global and regional standards. Develop and execute a roadmap to drive continuous improvement and assess organizational processes for efficiency.
  • Cost: Continuously adapt PMI best practices to enhance productivity, innovation, and agility while driving business results. Ensure best practices are recognized, shared, and integrated into affiliate standards.
  • Morale: Ensure a strong OPEN+ organizational structure with clear career paths to support continuous improvement. Develop a talent pipeline to sustain OPEN+ expertise and capabilities. Support leadership in driving an OPEN+ culture and coordinate training activities related to deployment.
  • Internal Communication: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to align the affiliate with company objectives, values, and behaviors. Lead and coordinate the internal communication team to ensure effective messaging through proper tools and channels.

Whats Nice To Have

  • REQUIRED: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • REQUIRED: Local to Wilson, NC
  • PREFERRED: Bachelors or Masters Degree or Technical School Scientific Degree
  • PREFERRED: 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing/ Quality/ Lean/ Product Development + Supply Chain environment
  • PREFERRED: 1+ years in people management position

Annual Base Salary Range: $96,480-$120,600
