We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks, contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle HR-related documentation.
- Complete other duties as assigned or needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google workspace and HRIS software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- General knowledge of employment laws.
