Up Closets is a fast-growing custom closet and home organization franchise built on innovation, support, and results. We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Franchise Business & Marketing Coach to guide our franchise owners to success through performance coaching, business support, and smart, local marketing execution.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, strategist, and problem solver for a portfolio of franchise owners. You’ll help them grow their businesses, implement marketing strategies that generate leads, and stay focused on what matters most: profitability, performance, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact and accountability partner for a group of franchisees
  • Lead bi-weekly coaching calls to review KPIs, financials, and strategic goals
  • Support franchisees through onboarding, launch, and growth stages
  • Develop and refine local marketing plans, lead generation strategies, and promotional campaigns
  • Guide owners on budget allocation, digital marketing, social media presence, and CRM usage
  • Monitor performance data and help franchisees make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with our corporate team on training resources, system improvements, and support initiatives
  • Identify red flags and provide proactive solutions before they become business risks


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in business coaching, franchise operations, or marketing management
  • Strong understanding of small business ownership and/or home service models
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Confident communicator who can build trust and drive accountability
  • Marketing fluency across digital platforms, social media, Google Ads, and local outreach
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and solution-oriented
  • Bonus: Experience working with franchise systems, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
