- Oversee day to day operations of the entire company.
- Adhere to the company's set of Core Values and hire, fire and train to those standards.
- Prepare weekly KPI reports for executive-level management.
- Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
- Enforce company processes and the handbook.
- Control company budgets and optimize expenses.
- Set goals for growth within the company.
- Train and mentor department heads to do their job to the best of their abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and related software.
- Strong understanding of financial reports and KPIs
- Strong time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
- 4+ years of managerial experience required.
- 2+ years of industry-related experience preferred.
- Monthly travel to various company locations may be required.
- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking.
