Marketing Coordinator

Description

As the Marketing Coordinator at Markful, you will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to help drive brand growth, engage customers, and support sales efforts.

Ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing programs and create reports and presentations.
• Assist the Sales team in reviewing and analyzing HubSpot marketing email campaigns.
• Manage ClickUp requests from Sales team and complete the necessary information in the request, helping to prioritize projects and move them forward.
• Coordinate content and logistics for tradeshows.
• Maintain and update content calendar.
• Help manage the marketing and sales budget, tracking costs, spend explanations, and receipts.
• Coordinate analysis of marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing assets and assist in providing to partners when needed.
• Support various marketing activities and projects as needed.
  
  

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience working with HubSpot and ClickUp a plus.
• Strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination or a related field.
