Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings and facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, identify faults, and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Install and test wiring, circuit breakers, panels, lighting, and control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliability of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers on job sites.
• Operate lifts, booms, and other equipment as needed for installations.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to all workplace safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial Electrician or in a similar electrical role.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience operating lifts, booms, and other job-related equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA and safety training certifications (preferred but not required).
