Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform high-quality installations while maintaining cleanliness on job sites.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and homeowners to ensure project success.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
- Stay up to date with the latest electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience as a Residential Electrician or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and electrical plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA and safety training certifications (preferred but not required).
