We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee our Loan, Deposit, and Digital Services divisions based out of Scranton, PA. In this in person role, you will manage the Core Banking System and drive operational efficiency through strategic planning, process improvement, project management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work closely with other departments, implement risk management controls, and manage key vendor relationships, all while leading a high-performing team.

You will work closely with other departments, implement risk management controls, and manage key vendor relationships, all while leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across Deposit Operations, Digital Services, and Loan Operations divisions.
- Identify process improvements to optimize product delivery, revenue generation, and minimize operational expenses.
- Lead bank efficiency and automation projects, offering operations expertise to enhance processes.
- Collaborate in strategic planning for operational departments and set goals to align with overall business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between departments to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
- Implement risk management, compliance controls, and reporting standards.
- Manage the relationship with Core Vendor and ensure accurate billing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including Debit Card interchange, and provide monthly reports to the COO.
- Develop and maintain contingency and disaster recovery plans.
- Oversee budget management for operations departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, attending relevant conferences and training.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g., HMDA, CRA, BSA, ECOA) and internal policies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in banking operations or a related field with strong knowledge of FISERV.
- Skills: Extensive understanding of bank operations and regulatory compliance; proficiency in project management and strategic planning; excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
