We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive’s working life and communication.

Compensation $65,000+ per year depending on experience.

  • Manage, coordinate, and maintain up-to-date and accurate executive calendar, including and monitoring of key dates / deliverables and accountabilities.
  • Execute all general administrative duties (e.g. calendar management, attending meetings, transcribing notes, follow-ups, and email monitoring) in seamless fashion, with a high-level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Creates and develops executive-level materials, documents, presentations, and projects
  • Provide an exceptional service experience through quality of work and positive communication with all external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes.
  • Engages with internal business departments and staff representing the CEO and ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
  • Handle and prioritize confidential requests and queries appropriately
  • 10+ years as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Full comprehension of procedures and management of sensitive and confidential information on an executive level
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform and manage multiple assignments with accuracy and effectiveness
  • Successfully deal with unexpected events and moves constructively toward improvement
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Paralegal experience is a plus
  • High School degree and additional qualifications as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
