Responsibilities
- Ensure correct positioning and tagging of vehicles within the service lot for optimal organization
- Identify aging service vehicles, communicate issues to Management, and coordinate necessary actions
- Inspect dealership areas daily to maintain cleanliness, removing any garbage or debris as needed
- Assist with facility improvement projects as directed by Management
- Create and communicate the weekly schedule for Prep Team Members to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise Prep Team, providing guidance and support where needed to achieve daily goals
- Address performance issues with Prep Team Members, offering corrective action plans when necessary
- Participate in the hiring process to select and onboard new Prep Team Members
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook
- Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
- Competitive pay at $20/hr
