Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct positioning and tagging of vehicles within the service lot for optimal organization
  • Identify aging service vehicles, communicate issues to Management, and coordinate necessary actions
  • Inspect dealership areas daily to maintain cleanliness, removing any garbage or debris as needed
  • Assist with facility improvement projects as directed by Management
  • Create and communicate the weekly schedule for Prep Team Members to ensure smooth operations
  • Supervise Prep Team, providing guidance and support where needed to achieve daily goals
  • Address performance issues with Prep Team Members, offering corrective action plans when necessary
  • Participate in the hiring process to select and onboard new Prep Team Members
  • Other duties as assigned by management


Qualifications

  • Previous dealership experience preferred
  • Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook
  • Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
