Your Role

• Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility).
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient conditions.
• Support patients with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Assist with range of motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills.
  
  

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to quality care.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
