Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals.
- Create brand awareness for recruiting purposes and have strong recruiting experience.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge success and optimize campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertisements and promotions on various different platforms, such as, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and the wider community to build a positive brand image, while encouraging greater social media participation.
- Report on social media performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and creative content tailored to different platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
