In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, primarily assisting customers with post-order and post-delivery questions. This role requires a customer-first mindset, the ability to problem-solve efficiently, and a passion for helping customers navigate their Tesla journey.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, has a background in customer service and sales, and demonstrates a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to customer interactions. What You'll Do

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound phone calls and/or chats while ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Assist with Post-Order & Post-Delivery Support: Respond to inquiries related to order status, vehicle delivery, account management, and ownership questions
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Log customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions with precision to ensure a smooth follow-up process
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues, drive process improvements, and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of Tesla products, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert-level support
  • Adapt and Support Business Needs: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business priorities

  • Experience: A strong track record of success in customer-facing roles—whether in customer support, a call center, or retail—where delivering exceptional experiences is key
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and engaging—strong verbal and written communication is a must
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay focused, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Collaboration: Self-starter? Team player? Both? You should thrive independently while also building strong, collaborative relationships.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, internet tools, and other internal systems
