William Ryan Homes is looking for a highly self-motivated individual to become an integral member of its' Chandler office.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, precisely organized, and an excellent communicator. They will be responsible for requesting and compiling all of the required documents necessary to provide a complete and accurate Builder Start Packet for the Production Team.
Duties And Responsibilities Include

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, precisely organized, and an excellent communicator. They will be responsible for requesting and compiling all of the required documents necessary to provide a complete and accurate Builder Start Packet for the Production Team.
Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Ensure timely starts of new home sales to meet division and corporate cycle time goals.
- Work with construction, design studio, and municipalities to gather information required to start homes.
- Track and manage the starts schedule including permit status and lot information.
- Request all construction materials and monitor pre-starts cycle time.
- Review architectural plans, plot plans, and engineering for accuracy prior to submittal to local municipalities.
- Monitor submitted permit applications and communicate status to management team.
- Provide estimates of permit fees for budgeting.
- Manage and ensure payment of all fees relating to permitting and utility setup.
- Prepare and process check requests for permit, utility setup, and HOA fees.
- Maintain Division Starts Tracker with construction material and permit status for weekly backlog meeting.
- Maintain communication with multiple departments concerning status of starts.
- Experience in a construction background and knowledge in the homebuilding industry preferred.
- Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Windows Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to read Architectural Plans, Surveys, and Energy Calculations.
- Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to gather information and generate documents with accuracy.
- Ability to handle stress and resolve issues positively.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with Hyphen and Brix preferred.
