As a Technician, you will work with a team of innovative engineers from various high-tech industries to prototype robotic systems. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise and skills in mechanical, mechatronics, robotics platforms, prototypes, machining, 3D-printing etc. You will be the master of the lab to work on both testing and manufacturing processes.

Anyware Robotics is seeking Technician roles in Fremont!
As a Technician, you will work with a team of innovative engineers from various high-tech industries to prototype robotic systems. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise and skills in mechanical, mechatronics, robotics platforms, prototypes, machining, 3D-printing etc. You will be the master of the lab to work on both testing and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the hardware team to brainstorm and prototype new ideas and concepts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including test engineers, electrical engineers, and industrial designers.
- Supporting the assembly, testing, and validation of robotic prototypes and products.
- Participating in design reviews and providing feedback on mechanical designs from your field experiences.
- Documenting test results, and project progress.
- Managing the lab environment.
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship in all engineering projects
- Currently pursuing a degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools and shop equipment, including 3D printers, power tools, and hand tools.
- Previous experience of mechanical design, drawings (SolidWorks), building and integration of robotic platforms. Robot manipulation experience is a plus.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as sheet-metal, weldment, machining.
- Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.
- Work on a full-time schedule at our office in Fremont.
