Responsibilities
- The contractor will be responsible for completing day to day User Management functions involving:
- Account creation and modification in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and 3rd party applications
- Account unlocks and password resets in 3rd party applications
- IT access request processing and documentation management
- Correspondence with Unit Security Contacts and other members of the agency regarding access requests or other related requests or issues
- Processing employee terminations in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and 3rd party applications
- The contractor will also be responsible for assisting in a special project to:
- Audit Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Maintain Documentation on Active Directory and Group Policy as well as Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access Policies
- Assist in reorganizing Active Directory
