Statement of the Position:
National Seating & Mobility is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to bring a customer focus mindset leveraging creativity and results-oriented discipline to drive long-term growth. As a pivotal member of our marketing department, you will spearhead digital initiatives to elevate our brand presence, improve client satisfaction, expand our online reach, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute digital campaigns that will directly impact our company's success. This is also a project management role with a heavy focus on cross-functional collaboration, operational calibration, and process improvement through alignment, teamwork, organization, and data analysis. As an ideal candidate, you are comfortable operating at tactical levels while providing insight into overall strategy. Position reports to the Director of Marketing. Duties And Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Oversee and maintain of all website and marketing technology platforms and develop strategies to support company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives-from awareness to purchase via CRM, automation, and email platforms.
- Contribute to brand narrative, through original copywriting in various mediums, including; social, print, digital, and editorial.
- Developing content marketing assets in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to stakeholders on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Ability to develop project plans and manage the day-to-day execution of assigned responsibilities.
- Comfortable with managing project-related budget and reconciling actual spend on a monthly basis.M
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support initiatives.
- Help gather market intelligence, including customer and competitive insights.
- Stay current on developments in the mobility industry (e.g., complex rehab technology), emerging technologies and best practices to inform marketing strategy and continuous improvement.

Required Education, Experience & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
- 5-8 years of proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive measurable results and achieve business objectives.
- Extensive experience with digital marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing and website.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics to track performance and ROI with the ability to translate the data into executive-level reporting and recommendations for future opportunities.
- Experience with Wordpress, Emma, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, a plus.
- Effective communication and presentation skills interfacing with multiple peer groups and all levels of management on a formal, informal, written, and verbal basis.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented person who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Able to collaborate with various departments and team members and be a first-class influencer to inspire and motivate to achieve outstanding results.
- Experience managing and leading projects with proven success.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in executing strategy for new and adjacent market share gains.
