Texas Health Huguley Hospital is a joint venture with AdventHealth, and these two faith-based organizations have a long history of collaboration.   • Provide wholistic care for patients that extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families. Chaplains are available to meet with patients, families and team members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide spiritual support.
  • Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Women’s Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

The Role You’ll Contribute

The Project Manager, reporting to the Director, is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects aligned with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals.

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

Utilizes process improvement methodology to approach and solve identified problems/projects and manage the implementation of solutions to improve workflow efficiency

Facilitates the development of project and deployment plans in accordance with organizational strategic and operational initiatives. Includes the identification of project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

Develops, engages, and manages cross functional teams during the project management process to identify roles and responsibilities, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, schedule, and to ensure resolution execution

Identifies and analyzes data to determine organizational trends and performance opportunities

Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation

  • Interfaces directly with project stakeholders to track progress and identify issues related to achieving project deadlines

Provides project status communication to project teams and stakeholders via periodic updates and formal progress reports; may provide education or training on results and solutions to impacted stakeholders.

Drives day-to-day tasks and deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness of work

Tracks project progress towards meeting objectives as well as identifies and mitigates possible deviations from established plans and timelines

  • Builds and maintains custom dashboards and reports to analyze and communicate organizational performance

Develops high-level reports for executive management

Stays abreast of current industry trends through continuous learning and community involvement

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree required

2 years of experience in one or more of the following: healthcare, process improvement, project management, or related experience preferred
