Job Summary

Lantern Crest Senior Living is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Full-Time Caregiver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to our senior residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the elderly residents with activities of daily living and personal care
  • Administer medication and treatments, document observations, and report changes
  • Educate residents and their families on any topics related to the care of residents
  • Follow a personalized plan of care and provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Ensure the safety of the residents by taking necessary precautions.
  • Follow established policies and procedures primarily related to safety and medical care
  • Maintain a clean and orderly living environment through regular housekeeping
  • Provide feedback to the supervisor regarding any changes in the resident's condition
  • Other duties as assigned


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Wage: $16.25 to $18.50 per hour

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a similar position or an elderly care environment preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to provide the highest quality of care to the elderly
  • Physically able to lift, move, push, and pull a minimum of 35 pounds
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and complete multiple assignments within required timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic work ethic
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
