Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Legal team. This will be a full-time, in-office position, based out of our world headquarters located in Lakewood, NJ.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support Legal team while working in conjunction with all of our departments to support day-to-day business operations, including administration of the contracts system, supporting licensing applications, drafting and reviewing correspondence, compiling documents, and assisting with research in a fast-paced environment.
This Position Will Focus On The Following
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary: $22 - $25/hour
Travel: Minimal to no travel involved.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support Legal team while working in conjunction with all of our departments to support day-to-day business operations, including administration of the contracts system, supporting licensing applications, drafting and reviewing correspondence, compiling documents, and assisting with research in a fast-paced environment.
This Position Will Focus On The Following
- Correctly tags, titles, and links agreements in the contract management system.
- Tracks agreements throughout the contract lifecycle, following up as needed to meet deadlines.
- Assists with domestic and international registration filings.
- Prepares and processes legal documents, including contracts, correspondence, licensing applications, and memoranda.
- Reviews agreements to ensure compliance with provided checklists.
- Facilitates contract signatures, as requested.
- Drafts legal correspondence, as requested.
- Maintains, organizes, and audits files in accordance with department procedures.
- Answers telephone, mail, and email correspondence in a timely manger.
- Runs and distributes accurate reports by required deadlines.
- Assists with shipping for domestic and international mailings (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Accurately completes jurisdictional background and licensing applications, as assigned.
- Completes scanning, filing, data entry, and faxing, as requested.
- Provides general information, answers questions, and directs individuals to appropriate parties, as necessary.
- Provides administrative support to Executives and local management, as requested.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Performs special projects, as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- You will be diligent, communicative, and collaborative.
- You will own your assigned tasks in a confidential manner.
- You will be open minded to new processes and adaptable to change.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is required.
- Experience supporting C-level executives is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and LinkSquares is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
