Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour, based on experience + Shift Differentials

Job Overview:

Bedrock Rehab & Nursing at Vista Manor is looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our compassionate care team! As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care, promoting comfort and safety, and fostering meaningful relationships with residents and families. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Personalized Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support while ensuring dignity and comfort for residents.
• Promoting Comfort and Safety: Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, addressing any changes to ensure a secure and supportive environment.
• Fostering Connections: Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families to establish trust and create a sense of belonging.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure residents' rooms and common areas are kept clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Accurate Documentation: Document and report changes in conditions, care plans, and activities for seamless communication within the care team.
• Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, individualized care.
• Enhancing Quality of Life: Engage residents in activities tailored to their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license in the state of Florida.
