Responsibilities of Receptionist:

• Main entrance security and screening of visitors.
• Standard facility rounds ensuring the safety of the facility.
• Submit timely reports
• Sorting mail
• Any other duty to help maintain the office
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  
  

Qualifications of Receptionist:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or security role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with safety procedures.
• High school diploma; degree in office administration or relevant field is preferred
• Main entrance security and screening of visitors.
